5 weeks until I have to go on a beach holiday… crap, and they will be boys there. need to get fit asap. we can do it. whose with me?
also want to get fit to feel confident enough to make a moveeee on someone…..needtoloseweightsobadlyitsstressingmeout i am totally calm and in control
i sent my photo into a modelling job just because i’m a loser…. and they want me to send more photos in!!!!!!! what
have everything packed and ready for tomorrow all i have to do is get up at 7, eat my yoghurt and berries breakfast, go to work then hop to uni and buy 2 apples on the way, whilst eating my tuna and orange to uni for morning tea and drink like 1.5 litres of water.
then i will eat my sandwhich for lunch: brown grainny bread, tablespoon of avocado, spinach, cheese and tomato and bag of fresh green beans.and an apple, and around 600mL of water- this is whilst i’m in class.
Then i’ll hop to the gym and after i’ve worked for an hour i will have my other apple and a protein shake for recovery (protein shake for protein obviously, and the apple for carbs)
I’ll also drink like heaps of water then.
I’ll get home around 4ish and I’ll eat dinner at 5 exactly. This is always the hard part.
I’ll have a mexican salsa tuna and 1 small white bowl of pumpkin and 1 small white bowl of steamed mixed veggies. really, i don’t want to eat dinner… but if i cave thats what i’ll eat. I need to eat less because i ate a FEAST on sunday for father’s day.
I’ll also for dinner allow myself some yoghurt with a teaspoon of honey or a fat free hot chocolate.
